Questions before the first call.
Straight answers about what we do, how long it takes, and what happens after we ship.
Services & Solutions
What exactly do you do?
Three things. We build AI automations and agentic systems that take repetitive work off your team. We build software — AI-native products, websites and internal tools. And we advise on AI: data foundations, backend architecture, agentic system design and AI media content. That's the whole list — we don't do marketing services.
What is forward deployed engineering?
It's the opposite of a consulting handoff. An engineer works inside your team — your repository, data and delivery rhythm — learns how the business actually runs, and helps take the system into production. Choose it when you already know what needs building and need hands rather than advice.
How do you implement AI in a business?
We start from the process, not the technology. We find where time is being lost, test the smallest useful slice on real data, then build into the tools you already use with human approval wherever judgment matters.
How do I know if my company actually needs AI?
You often don't — and that's fine. It's exactly what the free AI Fix Check is for: describe your worst process, and we'll tell you honestly whether AI helps, whether a simpler tool does the job, or whether the fix is boring and structural. "Don't use AI for this" is a real verdict we give.
Process & Timeline
What does a project look like?
Short and concrete: we map the problem, give a feasibility verdict, then build in small shippable steps. You see working software early and often, and there's a named human you can talk to at every stage — no account managers, no black box.
How long does a typical project take?
The timeline depends on the process, data and integrations involved. We reduce scope until there is a small end-to-end release worth testing, then expand from evidence rather than estimates.
Support & Maintenance
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. AI systems need monitoring, evaluation and tuning — models drift, sites change, edge cases appear. We offer maintenance for what we build, and we document everything so you're never locked in: the system is yours either way.
What happens when something breaks?
You talk to the people who built it — there is no account-management layer between the problem and the engineer. Support terms and monitoring are agreed around the system you actually need.
